If you are not satisfied with the Mentor you have selected, we provide a seamless process for reassignment, ensuring that every founder finds the right Mentor to guide them on their unique journey to success.†
† The Founder making a claim against the MentorGuarantee must have registered and paid on the MentorLabs platform. They will be required to have turned up for their session on time, attended for the full duration of 60 minutes and conducted themselves in a respectful manner. The Founder will be required to have filled out the required online form, detailing why they are unhappy with their session. Founders will need to have abided by the platforms requirements and Terms of Service.
MentorLabs reserves the right to review the video recording of the session in question and make a final decision based on the recorded evidence, as to whether the Mentor has provided the required service. After the evaluation, if it is deemed that the Mentor was not suitable to meeting the needs of the Founder, then MentorLabs will offer the Founder a credit, so as to select a new Mentor. MentorLabs will also help with the selection process as needed and provide additional support where appropriate.
